Our late policy allows a 15min grace period. After 15 min a one time reschedule will be done for the appointment to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. If we are able to accommodate a late appointment there is a $15 fee to make up for the time difference. There’s is a 50% cancellation fee for no shows or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment. Appointments are able to be rescheduled ONE TIME after booking, you must contact us to reschedule 24hours before your appointment.
